DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Orders above 5kg require manual quotation.

Customs & Taxes

DImport duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in the purchase price.

US orders are generally exempt from import duties for vinyl records; however, this may vary depending on local customs regulations.

Customs Declaration

We always declare the actual purchase value on customs documents.
Requests to declare a lower value or alter customs declarations cannot be accommodated.

Shipping Method Changes & Rate Changes

Depending on the destination country or shipping conditions, we may change the carrier (DHL / Japan Post) at our discretion.For certain destinations, additional DHL surcharges or shipping cost adjustments may apply based on final carrier conditions.In such cases, we will always contact you before shipment to confirm the change.If you do not agree with the revised shipping method or cost, your order can be canceled and fully refunded prior to shipment. Otherwise, the updated shipping cost will apply.
