Return requests and refund conditions
Return Period
Return requests may be submitted within 10 days after delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Returns are accepted only for items confirmed to have been originally shipped by us.

Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, custom orders and certain non-returnable goods are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective items or incorrect shipments.
Due to the nature of rare and one-of-a-kind items, replacement stock may not be available.
If a replacement cannot be arranged, a refund will be issued instead.
European Union
Customers within the European Union may have cancellation or return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If an order has already been shipped, return shipping costs, import duties, taxes and related fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
