Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes are not supported.
Orders above 5kg may require a manual shipping quotation.

Customs & Taxes

Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in the purchase price.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before or upon delivery.
EU VAT may apply according to local regulations.
US orders are generally exempt from import duties for vinyl records; however, this may vary depending on local customs regulations.

Customs Declaration

We always declare the actual purchase value on customs documents.
Requests to declare a lower value or alter customs declarations cannot be accommodated.
